Week 2 weigh in.....

Well after a really good week, with food and exercise I managed to lose 4LBS!!!
That now makes it 18LBS IN 2 WKS
I know I had to shout it from the roof tops, absolutely over the moon with it.
Oh and also my 5%...let's not forget the little things as they help as well.
Never I have I lost so much in 2 wks...don't know whether it's the exercise or due to the fact that I have never been this motivated before.
A group of my friends have started back to a class on a thursday, I have not joined them, as it just turns into a big competition..which I know I don't need, I need to gain the will power and do it slowly and steadily.
I know that I am going to hit bad days/weeks, but will cross them when I come to them, I just think I don't need the competition right now as I just starting to get my head around it again.

Wii fit I think is getting bored of me....5 out of 7 days I am on it,doing 35 mins a time, noticing the difference in my waist too, good sign really.


  1. Wow thats blooming fantastic !! Your on a mission to succeed and I think you have done the right thing....a competition in losing weight is not advisable....it could make you go silly. Do it the slow, steady, sensible way and you will succeed. Well done again x

  2. Wow, what an amazing loss. I bet you feel fantastic. The thing that helps me is setting things out into little goals.

    Stick to doing this on your own if it's working for you, and it certainly seems to be! xxx
