Well after a really good week, with food and exercise I managed to lose 4LBS!!!
That now makes it 18LBS IN 2 WKS
I know I had to shout it from the roof tops, absolutely over the moon with it.
Oh and also my 5%...let's not forget the little things as they help as well.
Never I have I lost so much in 2 wks...don't know whether it's the exercise or due to the fact that I have never been this motivated before.
A group of my friends have started back to a class on a thursday, I have not joined them, as it just turns into a big competition..which I know I don't need, I need to gain the will power and do it slowly and steadily.
I know that I am going to hit bad days/weeks, but will cross them when I come to them, I just think I don't need the competition right now as I just starting to get my head around it again.
Wii fit I think is getting bored of me....5 out of 7 days I am on it,doing 35 mins a time, noticing the difference in my waist too, good sign really.
