I haven't been on here for ages.
Fell off the wagon big style, not so much as weight but motivation.
I went through a pattern of being good for a week then stayed the same the following week, then being good etc............this has happened all through January so went with the flow really.
Got up to go to work on monday the 8th of feb and it was like the motivation got up with me and since then have been on the wagon with super glue in had, long may it continue.
Lost 4 lbs last week which took me back to my 1&1/2st barrier, so need to plod on slowly and quietly now.
