Well I have survived a month without any hiccups...go me! go me!
Stayed the same this wk, happy with that as time has not been on my side the latter part of the week, with apts with the kids so the wii had to sit where it was!
Onnnnnnnnnnnnn a plus note I measured myself and in 1 month I have managed to lose 10 inches from my body!
1inch from my waist.
2 inches from my hips
3.5 inches from my bust
3.5 inches from my thighs
I have noticed the difference in my jeans, I can take them off without undoing them.....
